Common Questions
How does Glean work?
Record a sermon or import an audio file. Glean uploads it to our servers, transcribes it, and builds structured notes — summary, verses, practical steps, chat, and personal notes — so you can revisit them in your library.
Do I need Premium?
Yes. Core features (recording/import, AI processing, library, chat, notes) require an active Premium subscription. Without Premium, the App shows a paywall.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose Glean, and tap Cancel Subscription. Billing is managed by Apple, and we cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf. Deleting the App or your Glean account does not automatically cancel the subscription.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the App go to Settings → Delete account. This removes sermons, audio, notes, chats, devices, your Firebase Auth user, and the related Adapty profile. File cleanup may finish in the background within a few minutes.
Where is my sermon audio stored?
On our application server in Gdańsk, Poland (local disk) — not Firebase Storage. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
